You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract with Plastiweb srl, without providing justification, and without being subject to penalty, within ten (10) working days of receipt of the goods purchased from shop.mandarinaduck.com. 7.2 In order to withdraw from the contract, you must fill out the consignment note in quadruplicate copy and return the goods to Plastiweb srl within thirty (30) working days of receipt. 7.3 If goods are returned using a different courier service than those authorized by Plastiweb, you are responsible for the shipping cost for returning the goods. If you use the courier service indicated, shipping costs will be covered by Plastiweb srl. 4. The right of return will enter into force when points 7.1, 7.2, 7.3 and 7.4 are respected. The consignment note must be filled out correctly. 7.4.1. Products must not be used, worn, washed or damaged. 7.4.2 Label must still be affixed to the product. 7.4.3 Products must be returned in their original packaging. 7.4.4. If you are returning multiple products, they must be returned in a single shipment to Plastiweb srl. 7.5.4 Plastiweb srl must receive the returned products within (30) thirty working days of delivery 7.5. Plastiweb srl will refund purchase price and shipping costs only in the event of manufacturing defects, shipping errors, or in cases where the characteristics of the product do not correspond to the product description. 7.6. Refunds will be issued within (30) thirty days of receipt of the returned goods, when the above listed conditions are met, and the returned product has been verified. 8. Refund timing and procedure 8.1. Refunds will be issued after the return of products to Plastiweb srl, if all the conditions mentioned in Section 7 have been met. Following verification by Plastiweb srl, you will receive a confirmation email. 8.2. If goods are returned using a different courier service from those indicated by Plastiweb srl, you are responsible for the shipping costs and responsible for any loss or damage to the shipment. 9.   • Return policy

    1.You may return products from Plastiweb s.r.l without any penality and without specifying the reason within 10 working days of the receipt of the products purchased on shop.mandarinaduck.com. 2. To return products you have to fill in the waybill in fourfold copy. In this case, you shall return and Plastiweb s.r.l must receive the products within 30 working days from the date on which products were received by you. 3. If you decide to use a different shipping company in respect to the one indicated by Plastiweb s.r.l, you will have to bear the shipping costs of the return.If you decide to use the shipping company indicated by Plastiweb s.r.l, we will take charge of the return shipping costs. 4.The return right, besides compliance with the terms and procedures above described, shall be deemed correctly excercised once the following conditions have been fully met: 4.1 the waybill must be correctly completed 4.2 the products must not have been used, worn, washed or damaged 4.3 the identification tag must be still attached to the products 4.4 the products must be returned in their original packaging 4.5 the returned products must be sent to Plastiweb s.r.l in a single delivery. 5. Plastiweb s.r.l must receive the products within 30 working days from the date of your receipt.Plastiweb s.r.l shall refund the sums already paid for the purchase of the products and the costs for the delivery of the purchased products to you, only if the products are returned for reasons that may be due to Plastiweb s.r.l, as in case where the products do not have promised essential characteristics, have manufactoring defects or have been erroneously delivered. 6. Plastiweb s.r.l shall refund the sums already paid to you, within 30 working days from the date on which Plastiweb s.r.l became aware of your decision to exercise return right and after having confirmed that the terms and conditions stated above have been duly complied.
