Information on Article 13 of Legislative Decree of 30.06.2003, No. 196 
1. Purpose and methods of data processing
According to Article 13 of the Legislative Decree of 30.06.2003, n.196, concerning the protection of personal data, we inform you of the processing of voluntarily provided information entered on our website, Mandarina Duck S.p.a – under the management and coordination of Euro E-Land Company Limited, reporting to registered office at 40057 Granarolo dell'Emilia – district of Cadiano (BO), Via Minghetti No. 13, VAT ID 00820861201 (hereafter referred to as "Mandarina Duck"). The processing of personal data, on paper, in digital form, or by other technological means of transmission, is solely for the purpose of recruitment and selection for current or future vacant positions. We guarantee the security and confidentiality of data. Data processing is carried out by secondary parties, appointed by the Company and/or the Privacy Officer, and acting under Company supervision.
We emphasize that the provision of this data is voluntary. When data is absent, however, it is not possible for the Company to process applications accordingly or to send candidates job offers or information regarding their fields of interest. 
Voluntarily provided data, via the user interface or by the transmission of a CV through the Mandarina Duck website, of which the object is an application for employment, will be saved by Mandarina Duck. The company is authorized to use this data exclusively for the stated purpose and for the duration the indicated search is active. Access to the given data is permitted only to persons nominated by Mandarina Duck, identifiable upon request from the Mandarina Duck Privacy Department.
Applicants´ personal information may also be stored in the Mandarina Duck electronic database. In accordance with the applicable requirements, Mandarina Duck uses special security mechanisms to prevent loss of data and its illegal or incorrect use by unauthorized third parties, in compliance with the Law Decree Articles 31-36 No. 196/03 Annex B, Technical Regulations Regarding Minimum Security Measures. You can update your information at any time by, using a login and password, on the application area of the Mandarina Duck website.

Personal data and CVs provided via the Mandarina Duck website for the purpose of the above-described activities will be deleted after one year.

2. Handling of sensitive data
We request that you do not provide sensitive data (e.g. ethnicity, religious or political beliefs, ideological views, or membership in parties, clubs, associations or religious communities, as well as information concerning your state of health or sexual activities), except in the case that this information is important for your candidature.   If you provide this information in the online forms or in other documents, we ask that you give your consent for its processing in the field provided at the bottom of this document. (annex A) For the processing of sensitive data from resumes that were sent unsolicited your consent is not required (referred to in Article 26.3 Annex b-bis of the Legislative Decree n.196/03).

3. Communication and persons who may gain access to your personal data
Regarding point 1), your data may be directed to external staffing companies with which Mandarina Duck collaborates. These parties act as external managers for data processing, and guarantee discretion and adequate security measures.

In addition, Mandarina Duck collaborates with external parties for the maintenance of its website and database, which contains applicants’ CVs. These third parties could therefore have access to your data. Such parties are entrusted with data processing and will receive a briefing regarding the data protection measures.

5. Responsibility
Responsibility for the stated data processing is attributed to MANDARINA DUCK S.p.a - LIMITED COMPANY – under the direction and coordination of Euro E-Land Company Limited with headquarters at 40057 Granarolo dell´Emilia – Ortsteil Cadiano (BO), Via Minghetti Nr. 13.
The party responsible, as described in Article 4.1, Section g and 29 of the Privacy Code, is the Personnel Department, located at (40057) Granarolo dell’Emilia-fraz Cadriano (BO), Via Minghetti Nr. 13 (selezione@mandarinaduck.com). This department can be addressed to assert existing rights and request further information on data processing, as stated in Article 7:  The subject has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence of his communicated personal data and related information in a clear and distinct form, even if they are not yet registered. The subject has a right to information on a) the origin of his personal data b) the target and the method of data processing c) logical applications in the case data is processed using electronic tools d) knowledge of the officers and representatives according to Article 5.2 e) Persons or groups to whom the personal data was communicated in their capacity as representatives, officers or agents of the state. The subject has the right to a) update, correct and complete data, when desired b) erase, anonymise or block data which was unlawfully processed, including registered data which is not relevant for the above-stated purpose c) Proof of the completion of actions described in paragraphs a) and b) based on the content and on all persons to whom the data would be communicated or disseminated, excluding cases where such an action is disproportionate or not possible. 4. The subject has the right, wholly or in part to: a) the modification of personal data, for legitimate reasons, although this data was compiled appropriately b) opposition to the processing of personal data to be used for market research, business communications or the sending of advertising materials.
