When your order will be delivered
Your order will be processed within 24 hours of the transaction. Orders will be shipped by UPS courier. When you place your order you can choose between 2 shipping options: Standard shipment (4-5 working days) or Express shipment (1-2 working days). For the USA, Poland, Ukraine, Slovenia, Slovokia und the Czech Republic UPS requires 5 working days.In which countries is the e-commerce service active?
The e-commerce service is active in the following countries: Italy, France, Germany, Spain (excluding Baleares and Canary Islands), Portugal (excluding Madeira and Porto Santo), Austria, Belgium, Netherlands, Denmark, Sweden, Greece, Great Britain, Finland, Ireland, Luxemburg, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary, and USA (excluding Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Alaska)The order number

The product menu appears as soon as you click on an item. It provides the following information:an enlarged photo of the product that can be zoomed by clicking the mouse; a full description of the item including product details; user comments; and suggestions of additional products that may go well with the selected item.Purchase
The colour and desired quantity of the item are chosen in the product menu before the item is placed in the shopping bag. You are then directed to the shopping bag where you can then decide whether you would like to complete your purchase, continue surfing or place additional products in your shopping bag. Click on "Continue" to complete your order and then choose whether you would like to purchase your items without registering, would like to register now or simply enter your login details. Finally, confirm your delivery address, choose your delivery and payment methods and then you will receive your order confirmation.Adding items to or removing items from the shopping bag
You can increase or decrease the number of a particular item in the shopping bag, or remove it entirely, by using the “+” and “-“ buttons. The purchase total adjusts automatically.Product search
