How to return goods if you are a registered customerFor registered customers, the return modality is the following: log into “My Account”, click on "Return", insert your order number, fill out the return form, and select the items to be returned as well as the reason. Inside the box you will find two adhesive return tags. Put the return tag with the sender address on exterior of packaging, keep the return sticker with the return service receipt, which will be signed by the courrier at time of pickup. Use the original packaging to ship the product and be sure to close it properly. In case the original packaging is unusable, use a package of the same dimensions and durability. We assume return shipping costs. The shipping cost of your original order will not be refunded. It is not possible to exchange the product.
Is the return shipping cost charged to us?Shipment costs for returns are at our charge using the UPS prepaid return label.
When will the payment be refunded?Payments will be reimbursed after the reception and verification of the returned goods, which can take several days. If the order was paid by credit card, the refund will be made in the corresponding currency of the cardholder, generally within the next two billing cycles. If the original payment was made via PayPal, the amount will be transferred directly to your PayPal account and indicated as a reimbursement.
Identification cardAll Mandarina Duck products are supplied with an identification card containing its product number. It is a guaranty of the product's authenticity. If you would like to exchange the product, you may not remove the card.
Can you ship a return from a different country in respect to the one of the order?Returns can be shipped only from the country of origin of the order.
Can you use our packaging for return shipment?Returns will be accepted only if received in original packaging. If the received box is irreparably damaged you can replace it with one of same hardiness and size.
