Trasporti Internazionali Transmec S.p.a - Via  Ponte Alto n.32 - 41011 Campogalliano (MO) is responsible for processing any data relating to the processing of end-customer-product-purchase orders placed with shop.mandarinaduck.com
KIRIO S.r.l. with administrative head-office and postal address at 160 Via Murri  - 40137,  Bologna is responsible for the processing of data relating to management and maintenance of Plastiweb S.r.l.’s  server and management hosting; 
NETIDEA WEBRANKING S.r.l with head-office at 3 Via Asioli - 42015  Correggio (RE) is responsible for the processing of data relating to the  actual running of the shop.mandarinaduck.com website.
In this section user personal data are requested, collected and processed by Plastiweb S.r.l. for the purpose of e-mailing news and keeping user up to date as to special offers, bargains, commercial proposals in general, events, sponsorships and competitions.

1. The interested party has the right to demand and receive information as to the existence or otherwise of personal data relating to it, even if not yet on record, and to have said data communicated in an intelligible form. 
2. The interested party has the right to demand and receive information as to: 
a) the source of personal data relating to it; 
b) the use to which said data are put and how they are processed; 
c) the processing logic in case of processing by electronic means; 
d) details as to the identity of the data controller, of data controller’s personnel responsible for data processing, and of data controller’s representative as designated under paragraph 2, Statute 5 of the afore-specified Decree Law; 
e) the parties and/or the categories of parties to whom personal data may be disclosed or who may become acquainted with them in so far as data controller’s designated representatives in the territory of the State, data controller’s personnel responsible for data processing, or its appointees thereof. 
3. The interested party has the right to demand and obtain: 
a) that personal data relating to it be up-dated, corrected, or supplemented, as it deems fit and opportune; 
b) that personal data relating to it processed in breach of law or that need not be held on record in respect of the declared purpose/s for which they were initially collected and subsequently processed be deleted or rendered anonymous or inaccessible;
