Can you return and/or change a product?
If you are not satisfied of your purchase you have return right within 10 working days from the delivery, but you have to comply with some rules: the product has not to be used, the identification tag and the packaging have to be kept intact. It is not possible to change a product.Identification card
All Mandarina Duck products are supplied with an identification card containing its product number. It is a guaranty of the product's authenticity. If you would like to exchange the product, you may not remove the card.Can you ship a return from a different country in respect to the one of the order?
Returns can be shipped only from the country of origin of the order.Can you use our packaging for return shipment?
Returns will be accepted only if received in original packaging. If the received box is irreparably damaged you can replace it with one of same hardiness and size.How to ship a return
The return procedure is the following: a. Visit http://us.mandarinaduck.com, log into “My Account”, click on "Return", insert your order number, fill out the return form and select the item(s) to be returned as well as the reason. b. Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging. If original packaging is not available, please pack the item in a container of similar size and durability. c. We recommend UPS as courier for returns. We will pay UPS shipping charges for the return. Other courier services may be used at your own cost and risk. d. The original package you received from us contains a self-addressed pre-paid shipping label valid only with UPS. We recommend you use this service. Complete the label with your information – must match the name and address used at the time of purchase (VERY IMPORTANT). Retain the tracking number printed on the label in order to track your return on the UPS website. Bring the package to the nearest UPS drop-off location, or contact UPS to arrange a pickup. e. You will receive a confimation email upon our reception of the returned product.Is the return shipping cost charged to us?
The refund will be given for the full amount of the purchase, including any taxes less the original shipping costs of the order and restocking fee of $ 5.00 for each returned item. You will not be charged for shipping a return product if you follow our procedure. Mandarina Duck will take no responsibility nor will offer any compensation for returned merchandise damaged or lost during transportation by carriers other than UPS.When refunds will be carried out
The timeframe for your reimbursement is dependant upon the processing of the refund, first in the U.S. and then in Italy. We apologize for any potential delay. Your refund will be made directly into your PayPal account.
